Frequently Asked Questions

1. DO YOU OFFER Prints or albums?


I do offer prints and albums on top of digital files, but I don't include any physical print options in my wedding packages- these are separate purchases.


I am excited to say that the lab I have recommended to my clients for years now has a program that integrates my albums straight into their database! No more downloading your entire gallery and going straight to Mpix to wait 2 hours for your photos to upload- Galleries will now automatically come with a link for prints!

2. Do you offer smaller wedding packages? i don't need 6 hours of coverage!

I do offer wedding photography by the hour for weddings either within 20 miles of Warsaw, NY, or under 3 months away! Now that I'm full time with photography, this ensures that I have the opportunity to fill my schedule with long wedding days ahead of time, and then fill any last minute openings with shorter celebrations.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Your first reschedule or cancellation for a regular session is completely penalty and worry free- Things happen, and that's life! However, if you need to reschedule or cancel a second time and it's within 48 hours of your scheduled session, a $50 rebooking fee will apply.



For weddings, I completely understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and I want to be as flexible as I can when life happens, while also maintaining my livelihood! If you need to cancel or reschedule your wedding, I offer one free reschedule (or cancellation) with at least 90 days notice. This gives me enough time to potentially rebook your original date with another couple.


If you need to reschedule after that 90-day window or make additional changes, a rebooking fee of $300 will be required. The same applies for cancellations, to book any sessions in the future. This small percentage of what your photo package would have cost helps cover the time I’ve reserved for your wedding day and the cost of turning away other bookings.


I know wedding planning can be stressful, and I’m here to help however I can-  just let me know as soon as possible if something comes up and we can work it out!

4. Do you Travel?

Yes! I love traveling for all kinds of events, whether that be a wedding, elopement, or even a destination session. I just completed a Glacier National Park micro wedding, a family session in Brady, MT, and did a senior session at Disney World a few years ago.

5. Do you have vendor recommendations?

Yes, yes, and yes! I have lots of preferred vendors that I've worked with or hired myself and would love to share that list with you! It's part of my welcome package for new clients, especially for weddings. I have lots of local recommendations all over Western New York, but people are often surprised that I have recommendations for vendors in other states too- especially in Montana! When in doubt, you can always shoot me a message to see if I have any leads. Worst I can do is ask a friend!

6. We want to include our dog in our session- is that okay?

I LOVE dogs!! You are more than welcome to include your pups in your session, wedding, or elopement as long as your venue or location has given the okay. I have so many seniors that regret not bringing their pup to their session when they find out I have dog experience!


If your dog can't be present at your wedding, feel free to bring them to your complimentary engagement session instead!

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes please! All of my wedding packages come with a complimentary engagement session- so we can meet before the wedding and get to know each other! Nothing's worse than your photographer walking into the venue and asking who's getting married.


Lifestyle session? Let's get coffee or lunch at a place near home! I would still love to meet you before we work together!


For destination events, it's not always as easy- I'd still love to set up a video call with you. We can talk about the wedding, or just yap and get to know each other!

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

My turnaround time for lifestyle sessions (seniors, families, pets, etc.) is 2-4 weeks, provided you choose your images in a timely manner. Usually a week is a sufficient amount of time to look over your unedited photos and decide which you'd like edited!


Weddings and events are slightly different- instead of choosing which photos you want edited, I hand cull your gallery and deliver all of the best photos. Whereas a senior session may have 700 images to look through and choose 40, I sort through 3 or 4 thousand unedited photos and deliver around 1000, for example!


Wedding galleries have a turnaround time of 6-10 weeks depending on the length of the day and the amount of photos- I don't take editing your gallery lightly. Each photo is hand edited- we don't do copy paste here! I do offer expedited editing/delivery, but it has to be booked a few months in advance. Basically- I keep my schedule wide open the week after your wedding so I can focus on only editing your day. I don't speed through or rush- I simply make it my only priority!
